Rob Heffernan strikes gold in 50km walk

Nothing was going to stop him this time, all the agony of the past turning to pure ecstasy for Rob Heffernan this morning, with that ultimate crowning moment of becoming world champion. Rarely has a gold medal performance in the men’s 50km walk at the World Athletics Championships in Moscow looked so comfortable.

 20 Questions - Robbie Henshaw

Rapid fire questions with Ireland back Robbie Henshaw. Henshaw was the only Connacht player called up to the Ireland squad for the 2013 GUINNESS Series. He came off the bench against Australia on 16 November 2013, firstly as a blood-replacement for Brian O'Driscoll and then as a replacement for Rob Kearney.
